The primary fastener for bridge steel structures. The splined twist-off tip shears off automatically to control pre-tension, ensuring consistent clamping torque without a torque wrench on site. Shear Studs (Weld Studs)

Core connectors for steel-concrete composite bridges. Welded through ceramic ferrules onto steel girder flanges, then embedded in cast-in-place concrete deck slabs to make steel and concrete act compositely. One of the highest-volume fasteners used in composite bridge decks.

Heavy Hex Structural Nuts

Wider across-flats dimension than standard hex nuts, engineered specifically for A325 / A490 and TC bolts, providing a larger bearing surface and more reliable thread engagement. Bridge steel nodes always specify heavy hex structural nuts — standard thin hex nuts are not allowed as substitutes.
