Before delivery, finished DIN938 studs undergo multi-item laboratory testing as per ISO 898-1 standard: tensile test, yield strength test, hardness inspection, torque test and salt spray corrosion test. Zinc-plated carbon steel items reach minimum 72h neutral salt spray; passivated 304/316 stainless steel studs exceed 500h salt spray without rust spot. Defective goods are automatically sorted out to guarantee 100% qualified outgoing products.
